  • Cream 22% - 100 ml;
  • Fennel - 35 gr;
  • Olive oil - 15 ml;
  • Garlic - 2 cloves;
  • Onions - 1 pc;
  • Salt to taste.

First of all, you need to peel the fennel and onions and then cut them into 4 pieces. Peel the carrots, cut into large pieces, put in a saucepan, add water, and put on fire. Boil it until soft. Fry onion, fennel, garlic in a little oil. Once the carrots are done, drain off the remaining water and add the ingredients you fried. Use a hand blender to blend all ingredients. Pour in the broth and mix everything again. Pour the soup into a saucepan, add cream, salt, put on fire. As soon as the pureed soup boils, turn off the heat immediately.
